The best type of food- IMO, Canidae All Life Stages is the best food you can find for a low price. That’s what I feed my dogs. Blue Buffalo is another cheap but good one.

The best type of bowls- The best type of bowls for your dog would ceramic or stainless steel. Plastic is good, but it molds easily.

The best type of training- Petsmart provides training classes for dogs and they are really helpful. I took one and I noticed major improvements in my dog’s behavior. I’d really recommend it!

what are you going to sue for? The buyers couldnt obtain financing. Some people get denied because of credit, a certain company (countrywide, hsbc, etc…) wont do loans on certain things anymore. If anything, it should be the realtors fault for even showing someone a house and wasting peoples time. I’ve had 2 deals die within the last month because the loan company wouldnt finance a trailer because they were short on funds. How is that the buyers fault?
